Communicating Globally

Since the end of the Cold War people around the world have dramatically increased cultural and linguistic interaction, both critical elements of globalization. Globalization, which also includes downsizing, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcing and increasingly mobile populations, cross-cultural communication is a key element of 21st Century business. Regardless of the role you play in your organization it is impossible to ignore the effects of globalization.
